Peter is the Chief Talent & Learning Officer of Jardine Matheson Limited, responsible for Group-wide Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisation Development & Internal Communication.Jardine operates in over 50 countries, spanning Asia, Europe and the US. Industries in the Group’s portfolio include: engineering and construction, aviation and shipping, motor vehicle manufacturing and trading, property, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, e-solutionsand financial services (www.jardines.com).

Background
Prior to joining Jardines,Peter worked in the Middle East for 6 years in senior HR Business Partnering roles for a number of large family conglomerate businesses. Prior to this he held severalsenior regional and global HR roles over 12 years in Unilever. This included periods heading global HR expertise teams in Performance Management, Talent and Organisation Development.Before becoming an HR professional some 20years ago,Peter spent 12 years in Management Consulting and 10 years in Finance. Peter has lived in 9countries and visited or worked in around 80others.

Qualification
Peter holds a Bachelor of Businessdegree in Economics, Accounting & Statistics from University of Technology, Sydney.
