and X-Geners, and delivered a comprehensive people strategy to fuel Organizational growth.
Manavi is passionate about the role of emerging technology and its potential role in People Processes &
procducts and she continuously infuses her knowledge of Human Psychology, design thinking and
Technology together to build HR approaches and solutions geared towards the future of work.
She currently heads Organization Development for Uber globally and is responsible for Performance
Management, Talent, Culture, Onboarding and Change for Uber.
Manavi is a Human Psychology masters and a certified Coach, she spends time outside of Uber
passionately helping people (womxn) align better with their work lives & wellbeing.
